Sue and Rob wanted a practical everyday use table, but also something beautiful that would last them a very long time. It was a priority that the finish would stand up to constant use without staining easily, so Sue was one of the major testers of our Induro-S finish, using just about every household spillage she could muster on the oak samples we provided. Coffee, wine, even olive oil mixed with turmeric and left on there for a few hours, all just wiped away – quite outstanding for an oiled finish. Sue and Rob wanted the plank-style look for their table top with long knife edges and they chose the BR9 chair in a high quality Alhambra Moss leather and brushed stainless legs to match the table. A great balance of practicality and style in a dining set.
