This is the all-steel version of our Pedestal table design, as you can see in other projects with the central column clad in oak. But for this table the client specified an all-steel powder coated base, to go with a top we colour-matched to his old table in 2 coats of Dusty Grey wood stain with an Induro protective top coating. The top itself is made of 2 huge slabs of oak from the same tree at 52mm thick and a total of 1250mm wide and has a huge physical impact in the flesh that the photos just don’t do justice.
